I have just given an interview in Muthoot and got selected. They are telling me their terms that i need to sign 2 years bond with them and they will keep one of my 10th or graduation original certificates which i can take in between if needed then return back.
Can i know is it okay to work in such a quite long contract??

There are few co they may ask you to sign a bond but that depend on the position... mostl of the time applicable to the Sr.Management. I dont knw which department you are joining and whats will be your designation so its difficult to comment on that but dont give your 10th or graduation original marksheet at all.
