For e Attendance may be you need to learn current attendance system in your company. May be people in your company logging-in every day to mark presence on some kind of Software & that may be the reason your boss asked you for E attendance. It may possible that you have a multiple location in your company & they are doing their electric punching which may be mapped @ your location & you can take a attendance log out of this. Please describe your current Attendance system. Though being HR you are also an employee. So how you are marking your presence? This will Help us to give more views on your query of "ë-attendance" .
