I have completed BSC and PGDCA. In my MCA course, I have completed all paper but I didn't submit my final project. Currently, I am working in a courier company in a back end process. I also have 2 years experience in BPO industry. I good knowledge in computer.
Now, I am planning to do some extra course that will help in my career. So, please suggest some course that I can continue with my job. Do you think executive MBA from distance course will help me?

Dear andy.user04,
Yes, MBA is a good option. It will give you edge in your career and it will change your thinking also. However, at this state, you need to give priority to completion of your MCA course. If you have completed all the papers but did not submit the final project and then why not to submit it and complete the MCA first? As of now you do not have certificate in MCA. Therefore, this degree you cannot mention in your CV. If you have put up efforts in studying all the subjects then you should not allow those efforts to go in vain for the sake of non-submission of final project. Please do it on priority.
As far as choice of stream in MBA is concerned, it depends on your interest, likes or dislikes etc.
All the best1
