Hi,
Need to know whether company needs to pay for holidays (government & company) for the monthly salary calculation while candidates is serving probation period or it should be on unpaid basis.
As of date we had been deducting only for the leaves taken by them during probation.
I am new in this field & would appreciate if anyone can help me in this.

Government/Public Declared Holidays has to be paid, whether the employee is in probation or confirmed.
