Dear Elango,
The order of the Labour Court is correct in view of Sec.36 (4) of the I.D Act,1947.As per this ss representation by a legal practitioner on behalf of any party to the dispute before a Labour Court or Tribunal is permissible subject to 2 conditions viz., the consent of the other party and permission of the forum. As far as my knowledge goes, no judgment so far in favour of the management.
