Minutes is prepared on completion of the Meeting and it comprises the happenings in the Meetings and Agenda is the one which is prepared before the meeting and it speaks about the scheduled programme of the meeting.
Minutes of Meeting will comprise the following subject.
1. Heading (Minutes of _____________ Meeting)
2. Date & Venue of Meeting
3. Names of attendees and Invitees for the meeting
4. Name of the absentees
5. (a) Sl No. (b) Points discussed (c) Action Required (d) Action to be taken by (e) Target Date (f) Remarks
6. Next meeting date
7. Signature of competent person.
