Hi Sneha
Once the employee attains the experience of 1 Year you should enroll them for Gratuity by filling nomination form. Gratuity will be paid at full & final settlement. Under that you shall get the declaration for payment of Gratuity amount. No need to pay for existing employees

Dear Sneha,
Instead of asking "piece meal" instant coffee" tips why don't you get a bare act of gratuity act and know the over all info. & implications. This will save time & energy. Moreover use the search options too as this subject was discussed many times in cite HR.
