Thank you Mr. Agrawal for sharing the Prohibition of Smoking Act and Presentation with out members in right time on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi.
As pointed out by Mr. Pon, it cannot be implemented 100% because almost all the department have some smokers within it. If the management restrict in Govt Office, immediately the concerned staff will go outside the premises and start smoke, there you cannot restrict the smoker and another view is the work will get hampered as the smoker is asked to go out for smoking.

Dear Mr. Pon
Try to restrict smoking as it will effect the smoker and their near and dear too. Chewing tobacco will effect the person chewing only but the Smoke will endanger the lives of the friends and relatives whoever living nearer to them.
Instead of smoking every hour, try to increase the time period and whenever you feel like to smoke, have some toffee or keep engaging yourself in some other work or with friends.
Wishing you for a smokefree healthy lifestyle.
