as iI am working in news paper but they are newly launched just before 1 year they are not giving any facility to employee such as PF ESI EPF so can any one tell me what should the procedure of these to start these facilities to our employee what step i have to do am working in

"Dainik Lokprabodhan " is the name of our news paper. its just launched before 1 year,so they don't have any branch.Its a partnership firm.
we are 10 employees working in official staff.
our Boss is wanted to permanent some employees insted of them , so tell me the procedure that how PF , ESI, EPF facilities we gives them???
