Hi,

Previously i am working in one of MNC and joined one company on contract basic. Now i had resigned from this company on short notice period and joined a different company. The reason for resigning company is as below-

1. They had committed compensation like shift allowance ….later they refused to pay.

2. They Told me that I will get CAB facility …but I didn’t got the same .Then they committed to pay 4k as compensation .That I haven’t received.

3. They clearly told before joining that I have to work for 5 days …now I forced to work 6 days. 3day in morning and 3 day in night and one day weekend that I used to sleep(because of night shift). So virtually I don’t have week off.

4. They also committed that I will get salary for my bench period that I haven’t received.

5. On first day on client side Got to know all the above things (6 day working,3 morning and 3 night shift and about cab facility). I told my manager that I don’t have such information.He sent me back from company this happens three times and told ask with your company.

6. Now I have my family dependent on me so at that moment I scarify these things(6 day working and shift),Since my manager is not accepting me. I tried to reach my company. But they haven’t received my call (this is Friday) .Then I dropped a mail. I haven’t got any response till Monday. My manager told not to come to office from Monday. Any way I went there on Monday and convinced him.

7. Monday again tried to contact them but again after lot of effort they pick the call.

8. In that project there is huge work pressure because of live system and I am not getting any proper week offs.

9. Now I asked for my compensation ……… first I called many times as they are not receiving call. Then I dropped msg even they ignored them. Then I sent one to one mail. Even that not work then kept some senior in CC and sent them reminder as well.

This I tried this for 2 months ….then I realized that they just bluffed me. Their behavior is so much arrogant.

I felt there is neither job security nor not mental peace. In between I got an option. Now I tried final option of my resignation and tried to negotiate with them. They simply told that we are not going to retain me. My manager suggested that better look for an option. Because joining in next company is very close. I have given 6 day of notice period. In my resignation mail I had mentioned my last working day. One first day of resignation I got a formal call from them. That I eventfully missed. Further I haven’t received any call or mail from them.

Since in next company I haven’t shown that experience .They are not asking for reliving latter .They(contact company) haven’t cared for all this at least for 2 months .Any how they come to know where I am working .

Now they sent a mail to my manager that I am absconding employee. I had explained everything to manager. My manager taken initiative and requested them to settle the issue. My pervious manager also requested them to settle the issue by buyout notice period. I personally went there to settle the issue but they haven’t listened. Now they escalated the issue the company HR. I tried my best to settle this issue. But they are not listening. My current company told that they are their business partner. I will definitely lose my job.

I have those mail and msg . Please suggest what I should do as they are taking revenge.

Hi,Mr.Yuvraj,

It Seems that you are not very well aware of the corporate culture and bussiness environment.Having only Skill is not the talent you have in your core profession,but to be able to handle and sustain variuos such situation around you would make you succesfull and proactive employee.Leave aside everything and be so self contained that industry should lookout for you and not you hunt for the job.Your Simple solution would be to assess your own self where you have gone wrong.and what all you learnt from your previous experiences.Move ahead with more accurate aim,plans and strategies to prove your self worth to corporates.

And the Last advise is that if you really have the true evidences for fighting against managements you can go leagal.But be sure that you are ready to sustain the most adverse.

Pls do not blame systems.Try to be a part of system and you will be accepted every where.Also remember that change management is very complicated process.So ensure that it will take lot of time for people to understand the need for change.

Hope this gives an idea to you as what you should do.
