I need to know about onsite allowance which can be provided in IT company for the employees who will be onsite across India or abroad.

It depends on company that how much and under what heads it wants to give the onsite allowance.
Normally, apart from salary, daily expense allowance, Medical allowance for self and spouse is given to onsite employee.
