Can anyone share the policy used in corporates to encash previlege leave. In our company we calculate the basics as 70% of gross and hence we have huge basics unlike 6500/- as the maximum slab. Now we would like to encash previlege leaves for our employees. Can some one share what are all the formulas used in corporates to calculate the previlege so that we opt one among them which is feasible for our company. Also please suggest the economical way of calculating the previlege leave with formula. Your timely suggesions will be of great help.
