Now as we all know concept intrapreneur, to mean " Intrapreneurship is now known as the practice of a corporate management style that integrates risk-taking and innovation approaches, as well as the reward and motivational techniques, that are more traditionally thought of as being the province of entrepreneurship." This is a concept of an entrepreneur within an organisation.
I have to make Appraisal system for such designations so what should be the parameters for appraisal as they are more in consultation and the designations are vice-president/CEO/MD.
Even the salaries of such employees are earned by themselves.
