Robert Bosch - Bangalore has called me for an interview from Pune to Bangalore. It was decided that they will reimburse even if offer is not issued but now they are not reimursing my money and try to give some account related excuses. Its more than 4 month I'm fighting with them though call and mail. Please let me know is there any concrete approach to get my money back. I'm planning to make an official police complain against with all evidence I've. Please assist me for taking a correct approach.

If you have any written proof like any mail from their side in which they mentioned that they will reimburse even if offer is not issued. Then you can legally claim. Rgrds, Taksh

It is the responsibility of the company when they called some body for interview to reimburse the travelling and other related expenditure and to that extent they might be communicating to the candidates. I believe the same communication might be with you. Whether you got selected or not it is the responsibility of theirs to reimburse the expenses.
Better write a letter to the senior management attaching a xerox copy of the call letter and communicate them the delaying practices of thier junior management team and also mention that if the reimbursement is not cleared with in 15days from the date of receipt of the letter you will approach legally.

I believe it is difficult because you canot prove that she / he has taken the data. It may be also possible that the clients who were in contact with her at the time of her service in your organization are approaching her.

Pl. think before approaching the clients. Your's is a consulting firm and the business is on the satisfaction & service levels exteneded to the customer.
I believe instead finding fault of your ex-employee you should concentrate how to retain the existing customers and attract the other customers who are away from you which is going to be an added value for you. If you are not concentrating on that tomorrow some more employees may join some other organization and they may also attract your customers. Pl. concentrate on customer service rather than the left employees and the damages caused.
Even your clients give you the information what you can do, if you approach legally it takes decades and nothing come out of that.

i attended interview with Robert bosch coimbature in sept 2011 and one person called prem from erconsulting has scheduled me for the embedded system project manager role that time he told bosch will reimberse the travel amount upto 3tier ac train so i booked in volvo bus and went to coimbature from bangalore. i cleared all the rounds and typical strange bosch offerd 2 lac less than my current salary so i declined the offer. but travel amount they told it will be reimbersed within 3 weeks, so i was keep on interacting with prem and also girish from same erconsulting. HR person from bosch G kalaiselvi and suganya took my all tickets and when i called them after a month they told i need to send tickets copy again via post so i have sent the tickets copy to one more HR person Malar kurinji and Asha begum, but when i called prem or girish they used to give simply false statement like it is under process. at present its almost 6 months completed but nothing response from erconsulting nor from bosch team. i even called to manikddan who is sr HR at bosch but he also didn't show any response. so tell me what i have to do ? is this consultant mistake or bosch problem? when i checked with my friends they were also having same issue with bosch coimbature team. Those HR team is really unfit to do basic HR policies. if they were not able to satisfy the candidate problem they why were called as human resource. so i decided to go to consultant office with police and ask for my money. er consulting and bosch coimbature simply cheating all the candidates by doing like this.
