Greetings!
Good One. But u can add the following parameters
1. Job knowledge and Aptitude - Academic background, past experience
2.Analytical bend of mind
3.Judgment
4. For Technical Candidates you have to add
* Quality & Relevance of Industry Experience
* Attributes
* Logical Approaach

Thanks for sharing excellent interview rating form. I requires one clarrification. You have mentioned Role Expectation against which you have Development and Testing. can you elobrate on this.
