Dear Mssus54,
Your question does not seem complete.
Please provide the details if you have transferred the previous 2 companies PF amount in your latest PF account. If yes, then you need to fill only one withdrawl form of your latest company.
If no, then you need to fill 3 seperate withdrawl forms.
Hope this clears your doubt.

Hello Manasi,
Thnks for your response, I will explain as below:
I worked in A Co then
I worked in B Co then
I worked in C Co, while working in B Company I had applied for transfer from A to B, for which I do not know the status. In C company they just deducted the PF amount. So it is necessary for me to fill three seperate forms.

Dear Mssus54,
While working in B co you have already filled the transfer form, however, since the status of transfer is unknow, you need check the same with the PF officials. Carry along with you the acknowledgement copy of the transfer request.
So if your amount is already transferred in B co PF account, then you can fill the withdrawal form for B co and C co as you have not transferred the B co amount to C co. So you need to fill 2 withdrawal forms.
If your amount of A co is not transferred in B co then fill 3 forms.
Hope this would clear your doubts. Do reply back or call me at 9867670755.

Kindly clarify whether you have transferred your account, from the the two companies to the latest company. If yes, then make sure it is transferred from previous account's to the latest one then just apply through latest company. If not, you have to apply through all the three companies obtaining your pf account no.
