Dear Prashant,
Insteasd of answering your questions let me ask a fe w questions and give some sincere advice as a "Master Googler", as my sister-in-law has labelled me.
What qualifications do you have? Is this your first job? Have you searched the web for answers to these questions? I ask the last question as I found an excellent analogy for the need for time-out from any task, let alone Recruitment.
Hence, I kindly request you to find answers to your questions by searching the web and post what you think would the answers and then ask if you are on the right lines.
Have a lovely weekend.
