I am Ravi, MBA hr 2010..recently i got an offer as an account executive in hr operations from a fortune staffing company. i am confused with the job profile. can anyone explain what are the exact responsibilities as an account executive in hr operations. please suggest me whether to join that org. and is that a core hr job? and what are the growth opportunities?

I am Irfan Khan; I want you to make aware from dowry act with reference of my friend Mr. Ashfaq Ahmad. Before I move further here I wish you to introduce about the persons involved in it.

Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed belongs to Aligarh (U.P.) He has been working in Gurgaon (HR) For 10 years. He got married with Shaziya D\o Mr. Shamiuddin residence of Firozabad (U.P.) on 7th December 2003.
On dated 14th of June 2005 Shaziya yield a baby boy and at a same time she got a brain haemorrhage and the operation was done in “Vimhans Hospital” New Delhi. Due to brain haemorrhage her memory washed out, right side paralyzed and she cannot speak. Since then Mr. Ashfaq and his family members has been taking care of her like a small baby and spent around 10 Laces rupee for treatment and went so many dargas to wish for her. Shazia father and mother also taking care of her and gave rupee near about 1.5 laces.
INITIATION POINT
On 28th March 2010 Mr. Ashfaq wife his family went to his In-laws home. Mr Ashfaq was told by his father-in-law (Mr. Shamiuddin) that Ashfaq is not taking care of his daughter (Shaziya) and the children are suffering too.Mr. Shamiuddin angrily told Ashfaq that he would not send back his daughter with you and the children would study over here at his town. Then Ashfaq agreed to leave his wife and children at In-laws home and said to provide all financial support for treatment and children’s schooling charges. He used to travel his in-law home so frequently to meet his family, as he cannot live without his family under these circumstances. In these days no one can takes care of his wise like the way Ashfaq does. I really appreciate him for such a mankind.
ALLEGATION
In December 2010 his father in Law Filed an F.I.R. Against Ashfaq & his family that “They all are torturing his daughter for last five years now demanding 5Lac rupee for a Maruti car.
As I said earlier Mr. Shamiuddin had spent around 1.5 lac rupees for his daughter’s treatment. Here in F.I.R. this treatment amount turned as a dowry amount.
I am surprised with this. A person who can spend 10 Laces rupee on her treatment, why would he demand for money and torture her?
COURT ACTIVITY
After the F.I.R. Mr. Ashfaq requested for “Not to arrest” in U.P. High Court & submitted the evidence (medical bills and residence proofs, land lord statements etc.) due to which court stayed the arrest process and sent the case to Mediation centre for further process. In the month February hearing was scheduled and both parties came in-front where Mr. Shamiuddin demanded 5 lacs to close the case. Mr. Ashfaq again requested to give some time to think and manage the things.
BIG SURPRIZE???
Here you can see in F.I.R. Ashfaq is demanding 5Lacs. And in mediation centre Shamiuddin is asking for 5Lac to close the case in front of everyone.
For me you are the better judge to decide who is asking for amount?
MY REQUEST
Now At this situation I urge you to say your views on this. Please give me commands & your opinion what my friend should do? We know that law is meant to justice, but hear I can see that my friend is on trouble due this act. Here I want to ask everyone, what kind of proof the law required to show my friend’s love, affection toward his wife and family?
We know that because of this act so many of our sister’s and daughters are saved. But what about my friend?
Please give the commands on Mr. Ashfaq Life & his father in law (Mr. Shamiuddin), I will wait....
