Dear Seniors

Please advise me regarding collection of my PF amount.

I was employed to a Company from Sep 2008 to Feb 2009 in Pune, Can I have my PF amount from them? If I can ! Then please guide me on the process of getting it.

I don’t have my PF account number,
I don’t have any pay slip from the company, salary used to get directly debited in the bank account.

Please guide me on who shall I approach to get the amount, company HR or PF department?

Dear Friend
Contact your HRD of last company fill your PF withdrawal form no 19 & 10c and submit to the PF office were it is opened. PF number you will get in your payslip if not ask your HRD to provide the same.

Dear HR@HRD
Thanks so much, I will follow your advise.
I shall fill the mentioned form take the signatures from the HR office of the last company and submit the form to PF office in the city, However I dont know my PF number, I mean If its like a bank account I have never filled up any form for any PF account as such. As long as I rememeber, so does it mean . I have a PF account or I dont have a PF account. I actually want to know before I approach the HR department. Because I dont want to be embarrased if there is no PF account in my name. So I want to know by joining the company does my PF account automatically get created. I want to know how do I find out .. that I have a PF account with that company or not. That was my first professional full time fully paid job.
Thanks so much for your advise. awaiting your response
Best wishes

I have just recently come across a service which allows you to fill out or edit PDF forms online without having to download any software. I was able to print out my document and even fax it online. Please check this website http://goo.gl/yoGwr2
I'm sure you will definitely find the service useful and easy to use.
