I understand the intention behind the question, but the question is incorrect, and hence so concrete answers can be provided. Chances of an employee to work for 20 years with the same basic salary are very grim.
However in general this is the basis of PF calculation : 12% of the Basic(plus DA if applicable) + 3.67% of the Basic(plus DA if applicable) multiplied by number of years multiplied by 8.5% of interest rate per annum gives you the PF amount. Please note the interest rates are also not constant for 20 years and is decided by the bill passed in Parliament.

Hi Laugh,
really ur question made me to laugh...
Plz collect ur form 23 annual slips from ur HR... and if they not submitted make a compliant to your regional commissioner..this is best way..
or
next step is take all 3A of ur 20 years and calculate the interest amount.. now it is 8.5% before that it was 9.5% and 11 %
So choice is left to u.

dear
add all amount of pf deducted since 20 years from your pay slip. add same amount. this total amount is the total of your and employer's contribution. then government gives interest on it. every month pf is deducted 12% from your actual salary.

hI,
I HAVE A SIMILAR DOUBT
THE PENSION CONTRIBUTION LIMIT IS 6500 AS SUCH MAXIMUM WILL 541 RS IF THE PENSION BASIS IS 6500
NOW THE CASE TWO eMPLOYEES x JOINED ON 1ST DEC Y JOINED ON 15 DEC
THE BASIC (ON WHICH pf IS CUT) IS 20000
FOR x THE pf I2 2400 AND FOR Y IT WILL BE 1200 ON A PRORATION BASIS
now MY QUESTION IS WILL PENSION CONTRIBUTION WILL BW 541 FOR BOTH OF THEM OR AS y JOINED IN THE MIDDLE WILL BE PRORATED FOR 15 DAYS AND WILL COME DOWN SAY TO 270 RS AND THE REST 241 WILL GET ADDED TO pf
sIMPLY WILL THE 8.33 % PENSION CONTRIBUTION SHOULD BE PRORATED ACOORDINJG TO THE NUMBER OF WORKING DAYS?
