Do we have so cruel bosses in India who deserve the 3rd degree punishment as depicted in the pictures. Yeah... our perception about boss when he/she really behaves odd in certain situations. As long as it is issue-based, a good subordinate thinks better of him. Contrary to this, bad bosses whose sole aim is to exploit the strengths and weaknesses of their loyal subordinates, we tend to get a feeling as well depicted by you.
