I have a work experience of 3 years in training and sales. But I want to get into HR now. I always wanted a career in HR but due to some unfortunate incidences I could not complete my MBA(HR) and had to quit when i was just a semester old. Now I am going to apply for a fresh MBA(HR) from SYMBIOSIS distance learning and trying to find a job in any of the HR consultancy. How to go about it. Please help as I have an interview lined up tomorrow.They want MBA freshers, but i am not an MBA as of now.what to do??
