We have one dead (exemption under section 17(1)(a)) Trust now we decided to surrender that trust to appropriate authority but we haven't notification regarding that exemption. It is 46 yrs old notification.
Please guide me ragarding the procedure to get the notifiction under which we have got exemption of trust as we have lost it.
Please further guide me regarding procedure of surrender activity of exempted PF code.
Please advice me under above circumstances, who is the appropriate government.
