Hi Namrita,
Its a wonderful PPT. With most of the content required in telemarketing. An emphasis on "customer satisfaction and customer delight" can be brought in, case studies, how constant quality check can bring in change " to be better the best in the business". its just my suggestion. all the best.

Hi all citehr memebers,
The cite is prvoding and facilitating excellent opportunity to share and learn hr issues. Iam very excited to see so much vast pool of knowledge sharing by memembers. In my earlier part of 25 yrs. of prof. career I did not have such an opportunity which is abundantly available now to young HR professionals/students. Thanks onceagain.

Hi Namrita,
You seem to have done a good job in collating the facts. I think you need to work a bit more on the structuring of the ppt. Ex: start with a story, relate it to participants, guage them on their understanding of the topic which you will deliver, then share facts and inform, calibrate them and finally end with a pledge.
Regards
Rajit
