I am new member of this web site. I have 2+ years of work experience in Recruitment and I also learnt SAP HR. I found it very difficult to make a career in recruitment and also I am finding very difficult to get into SAPHR, since I lack with core HR areas such as Payroll, appraisal and Training. I also did HR workshop on these core hr areas and still I am finding very difficult to make a career.
