This PMS we are planning to make some modifications to our PMS form, especially in the Manager's zone.
Kindly suggest what are the essential skill sets which can be included in the PMS for any Manager/Team Leader.
Currently, we have major qualities as
- Team Management
- Decision Making
- Planning and Organising

Dear Bhavna,
Of the three competencies that you have mentioned, Planning and Organising and Decision making is fine whereas teamwork is output. It is not inputs in itself. You can replace it with Interpersonal skills and Conflict handling skills.
A manager with all these four competencies will obviously foster teamwork.
