Hello everybody. I am a new joinee and is currently working on Attrition project. Can you please help me out developing a quessionaire to calculate attrition rate of nurses in Hospitals? And do give me few tips about calculating attrition rate.

Obviously it is your HR practices which make people leave. I think you are in a Hospital which treats patients ....in the same way one should treat the employees especially nurses... if something is bad they leave jobs... they find jobs are plenty but treatment is bad in your organisation....India is in need of doctors and nurses for the population of its size....
