This is somasekhar and i am new to this forum. I want the service bond format for 2 years. I want to know the clauses which i have to include in that service bond. I am going to prepare this bond for a Trainee in software development.

First of all Wel Come to the citehr.........
Second thing you might have idea that 'Bonded Labour' is now prohibited in India......So one can not take a bond from any employee.......but we can take declaration type of document from the employee.....
I am sending u a format of an Appointment Letter with Terms & Conditions.......which may help you.......I got it from citehr itself.......
