Hi,
I have been doing a study on the number of hours people spend working. A generalized view of the study shows that almost 50% work beyond normal working hours.
Is this the right way to function?or are people so career oriented that they prefer working to home?or do some people simply sit to show they are working...need views for my study.

Thanks for the inputs. I am looking at arriving at a generalized view..Is there so much of work that people actually work late or are there some more reasons to it.
