I'm working for a Dubai based Company as Recruitment Ccordintor. Presently we have a vacancy in IT for which we have sourced candidates locally as well as overseas through different sources, but the CV's are not coming upto our requirements.

It is not clear from your mail whtehr you are looking out candidates from India or Duibai. If you are looking out for Indian Candidates then Naukri.com & Monster are your best bets.
