its really simple..but i need help.
i had taken leave for almost 2 weeks..due to chicken pox..n sent an email..to the org abt it.
They acceptd n cut my salary also..
I hv 4 medical leaves .. whch hasnt been paid.
My employer told me to apply again with med certificate...so consideration will given for medical leaves..
can any kind hearted soul help me regarding ths>?
I need the format.. its urgent.

if u were in india give 10 rs to doctor ,, and even if u didnt have anything he will give u,, any certificate,,
just go to the doctor who treated u n demand certificate it is very simple,, just doctor will state that u were scik with chicken fox n not in position to attend office, thats all take care tinytoonie... :):) get well soon :-D:-D
