Interesting but like many things in life, this is selectively true. Love and Trust go hand in hand and while there have been cases like Dhirubhai Ambani who have succeeded well becasue of trust, in some cases the other extreme has also been true. In the Art of leadership by Harvard University, it is said "Trust but verify"
commercial success and wealth depend more on the forces of demand and supply than anything else. Sometimes love maybe there but the person concerned maybe inefficient and not following the market forces which can lead to disaster.
