Hello All, Is it compulsory for the employer to issue the form 12 BA for the employees leaving the company during the financial year in addition to form 16 (which will be issued after the completion of the financial year)?

You can just give a signature and stamp on the document 12b (self declaration of tax by the employee)
/ salary slips/ it computation slip of the employee .
Form 16 is issued after the end of the financial year .
