Hello, Can anyone help me with explaining the fixed and variable salary structure? I am often asked about how is ur fixed and how much is variable in your CTC
i would be glad if you could attach a FORMAT for these. My company doesn't define it separately as to what is fixed and what is variable.
Is it always necessary that the variable pay which is linked to performance is included in the CTC?

Hi,
Fixed pay is what you will be getting for sure monthly. Variable pay depends on the your individual performance and also linked to company business.
Some companies do have the system of having fixed and variable pay in the salary component.
