(1) first give warning letter (2) if attetude continue not improve (3) give suspension letter and conduct domistic inquiry and windoff the employee regards anil jangid

In company policy - company mentions a schedule mentioning which all activities committed by employee to be treated as misconduct. Again some companies...also specifies...which all act will amount to serios misconduct.....like damaging companies image...misbehaviour with lady staff, theft etc.
Again in policy it is also specifed.....what action to be taken...on happening of certain misconduct like...warning letter, domestic enquiry, termination etc. Again the punishment for each misconduct is also specified.
In all cases show cause notice is issued, to know the truth..specifying certain date on which reply to be given. If reply given by employee is not satisfactory ....action can be taken....for minor misconduct action can be taken....major one after the disciplinary enquire (again it depend on company policy).
