i was preparing an interview assesment form in wich i would have to judge the following comeptenies in the candidates
Respect - Having a feeling or attitude of admiration and deference toward somebody or something
Adaptability - To be able to adjust easily to changes and new conditions
Self Confidence Confidence in yourself and your own abilities. Managing and continually improving one's own performance
Negotiation : Working with others in order to reach an agreement. A successful negotiation is one where all parties are satisfied with the agreement
Results Orientation - Knowing what results are important, and focusing resources to achieve them
Stakeholder Focus - Identifies key internal and external customers and works with them to understand their requirements and concerns
Integrity -Demonstrates a sense of responsibility and
commitment
Accountability -Accepts responsibility for actions and results.Sets goals which are clear measurable
Developing Others - Helping Other People grow personally and professionally. Invest time and energy in development of other's thereby developing AIESEC's capacity for future.Taking personal responsibility to mentor and coach future leaders and about enthuasistic to see others grow
Resource Management - Managing internal and external resources in a sustainable manner
Self Awareness - Having a balanced and honest view of your own personality, and often an ability to interact with others frankly and confidently
Innovation and Creativity - Taking risks, adapting quickly to change, leading the change process Innovation is the creation of new solutions for current challenges or a new approach to an old situation
so can you please help me in designing the questions related to these compenties which would help me rate the candidates
