Hello Wrichakul, Users give points on a 1-10 scale to other members. The attitude rating is calculated as an average of these points. Each member can vote only once for each member. Regards, CHR

Hi Wrichakul,Sonit,
The attitude rating will become biased if I display who voted "For" or "Against" you. So it's best that it remains anonymous.
Thanks Wrichakul, awfully kind of you to interpret that comment like that - many would wonder what an IT guy is doing moderating an HR forum. But many senior members have been extremely helpful and that has made CiteHR what it is today. I hope to keep this tool available for all for as long its required.
That reminds me that I haven't updated the home page for quite some time and before Adnan or someone else pounces on me I'll get it done today. Eventually I hope to automate this process by letting members vote interesting topics onto the home page.

Gotcha CHR!
Hey buddy, I NEVER mean to offend you. :( As I was just responding to my impression of what others could perceive from the title " <link no longer exists - removed> " by seeing the same post appearing for a week. Anyway, you also liked my suggested option of "Pick Of The Week" but somehow after realizing about the time shortage, you changed your mind and adjusted as "Moderator's Pick". :!:
I understand that you must be having a busy schedule with no time for regular updating your Webportal. Trust me, I am here to help so that is why I will always inform you to fix things instead of just ignoring or swooping. By the way, I very rarely mean to offend anyone, and I hope you will accept my sincere apology.

Hey Adnan,
Really no need to apologize. I wasn't offended at all - I did realize that it was an issue even before you raised it but was just a little caught up. I am working with a advertising professional on a website related to desi advertising industry and profession - so I am just a little caught up.
I know you guys are here which is why this network is running as smoothly as it is. And thanks once again for getting me to make the changes - that "pounce on me" was just a fun remark.
