What are the essential forms for establishing HR in a business set up
I know some: Stationary Requisition form, Attendance Sheet, Leave Form.
Kindly let me know other essential forms to streamline HR & Admin

apart form the above said forms, u need to have
Interview assessment form, Exit interview form, appraisal form, empl satisfaction form, internal job posting form,laptop request form,Mobile phone form, Telephonic interview assessment form etc.,
