Components can be classified as under

2. Grievance handling mechanism
3. Prodcutivity levels
4. Work stoppages if any
5 Unions
6.Absenteeism
7 Salary levels
8 Disputes pending
9 Employee participation
10 Extra Curricuylar activities like sports picnics etc
Baiscally divide them into satisfiers and motivators and draft nyour questions
Collect data on stoppages, go slows Unions etc from records
