I have overall 4 years of experience in mfg industry, and just switched over to retail sector keeping in mind the boom in this industry. And also Im now able to give proper time to my family.
Is this good move??? can it will affect my career? I request all the senior members to guide me,

I am sure it will affect your career.
Since you have good experience in Mgf. Industry & if you take experience in Service industry , i am sure you will be aware of both the side of HR.
I mean there is a difference between Factory HR & Service Industry HR.
Its better to have experience in both the areas, your resume will have more Weight by this.

The working is same in retail HR; only the exposure is comparatively less. In Factory we observe factory act and in store there is Shop Act. Likewise
some differences are there.
But the biggest difference to which I give more importance is that in retail sector u can enjoy ur family life much better than factory HR.
