I had submitted my Provident Fund and Employees Pension Scheme 1995 claim forms to my previous employer, a chattered Accountant firm. But they had not cleared their dues to Employees Provident fund Organisation and not even submitted their annual returns. Inspite of my repeated requests, they have done nothing to settle my claim. What steps should I take against them and where should I lodge my complaint. Please advise me.
