I have to formulate a Leave Policy for my Company. We have already decided that we will give 18 leaves in Financial Year, and the Employees will have to accumulate those leaves within an year. I am a bit confused that how can I break these leaves into CL/SL/Al, etc. If anyone can help me out and send me the format, I'll be obliged.
