Came across a beautiful story which I wish to share with you all.
Some time ago, a man punished his 3-year-old daughter for wasting a roll of gold wrapping paper. Money was tight and he became infuriated when the child tried to decorate a box to put under the Christmas tree. Nevertheless, the little girl brought the gift to her father the next morning and said, "This is for you, Daddy."
The man was embarrassed by his earlier overreaction, but his anger flared again when he found out the box was empty. He yelled at her, stating, "Don't you know, when you give someone a present, there is supposed to be something inside? The little girl looked up at him with tears in her eyes and cried, "Oh, Daddy, it's not empty at all. I blew kisses into the box. They're all for you, Daddy."
The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little girl, and he begged for her forgiveness.
Only a short time later, an accident took the life of the child. It is also told that her father kept that gold box by his bed for many years and, whenever he was discouraged, he would take out an imaginary kiss and remember the love of the child who had put it there.
Moral of the story:- In a very real sense, each one of us, as humans beings, have been given a gold container filled with unconditional love and kisses... from our children, family members, friends, and God. There is simply no other possession, anyone could hold, more precious than this.
Friends please do not take FAMILY and FAMILY Members for granted. Love them, acknowledge them, Hug them, Kiss them.

A truly touching message. In today's materialistic world, every individual is too busy to spare some time to care for others. Ur message is loud and clear and also reminds us to share some quality time with our nears & dears.

In the line of posting I want to share my personal experience, I moved for a new job in remote area that is far away from my home town and from my family members. But truly speaking not for money but carrer opportunity.
Luckly same opportunity i got near to my home town and I immediatly came back to home town and I am with my family and when i was away from my family that time was realy very painful for me and my family.
Thanks Pinki Realy it is a very nice and heart touchting posting.

Dear Pinkii,
When I saw ur column, I remembered my previous days. Right from beginning my nature is to immense in the work. I provided everything to my child. But I didn't spent much time with her. Which results the affection is far away for some years
To get the same I struggled many years. Now I am happy with my daughters. But I lost peaceful days (small kids affection) in my life. I know pretty well I didn't get that days again. On that days I didn't get money but from the beginning to till to date I am the NO. 1 in my job.
I got satisfaction in my job but didn't get satisfaction with my childrens for some years.
My suggestion is make balance with JOB and FAMILY.

Yes mr gopalakrishna, you very rightly said one must make balance between professional and family life because you see your orgn would somehow find your replacement sooner or later according to their requirements but your family.... for them you are just one and no body could ever replace your love for them.
