I have been into Employee relations and Talent management with a marketing communication firm as senior executive. Our total workforce is of 50, having 2 offices in south India.
Regarding education, hold PGDBA in HR from NIT.

u can ask 30% of increase on the cureent salary, this is the stadard and minimum barganing limit in the industry for a person having minimum of 5 years experience.
u can have demand of allowances and other benefits also.
incase the company is not ready to agree u can excersie option of bargaing for other allowances and benefits.
