Hi All,
Thank you for your query.
I am a bit surprised to find that students keep asking for project reports on this site. Do your institutions not keep copies of previous students' reports, which you can access and see how the research was done and how the report was structured.
In the absence of such a facility, my sincere advice is access the web and look for reports (not necessarily students' works). I found one at www.phscof.org/Docs/ClinicalDisciplinesStudy.pdf -
Harvard Manage Mentor on Hiring @ CoolAvenues.com this site may help you too.
What would be more useful to you and acceptable to academics like me, is for you to post how you will approach the task and ask whether you are on the right track, etc.
If this remark is not what you were looking for, I am sorry.
Best Wishes

Dear Students,
A project report is a work of your creative ability and help you understand the hidden talent within you. I know a lot of students who come to me for project work, and when I give them interesting topics - they ask me how they can create charts with the topic I gave.
A project does not always mean it must have statistical reports and multicolored charts.
Recruitment is a beautiful topic. I suggest that you start by interacting with professionals in various industries and prepare a report based on the recruitment practices they follow.
As Narasimham had mentioned, your college will definitely have sample project reports. That should give you an idea of how to present it. But dont copy the same ideas... becuase you learn nothing, and leave nothing for your juniors to learn either.
Its your fresh ideas that the industry is waiting for.

Hello Asha,
Thanks for supporting me. I am a retired academic that has supervised both undergraduate and MBA projects. I have conducted research and published papers and have conducted workshops and seminars on "How to publish successfully in scholarly journals", etc. At present I am helping around 10 students in India with their projects. As you rightly point out, students have to realise that they are doing the course to learn and not not just get a degree. There are institutions who award degrees in return for a fee.
Have a nice day.

Dear Sir,
What you have mentioned is so true. A few institutions only look towards the fee and not what they have helped the student gain.
Its painful when some students come to me and say that their project guide at college had requested them to come up with a statistical report and surveys filled from everyone in an Organization. They simply dont understand the application - whereas a few students are blessed to have good project guides, who help them see the Practical application of what they have learnt theoretically.
Its really great of you to extend support for students in their project work.
Thanks!
