Perception, an important part of Human Resources!!!!!

Did, we ever thought of Perception, that...it is very important part of Human Resource;

Perception, what one can undersatnd by this word perception....its nothing but pre-defined notions, feelings, thoughts, which anyone have in their mind, do we ever consider these points, that what we always think about something or about someone is always right?

So, now the question arises whether we should perceive the things or we should believe in fact....

Let me give an example.....we all want to join our dream organization....i think i am right............................. where we will be getting all benefits, facilities etc, but what if we get into it, and it is not in the same way, which we were thinking, won't our perception will be wrong, won't we will be wrong into our thinking, thoughts, feelings etc. .......

so certain things must be based on reality...don't you think so...............because we are human being, and we can't be always right in our perception........., so conclusion is

"Perception must be based on Reality"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well more than me no belives in this.

I would like to apraise you that this word Perception is taken of more importance by us while defining any management system Like Quality Managment System based on ISO 9001 always focuses on a priniple like :

Data driven decision, or factual approach towards decision making.

This is one of the important principle as we believe that perception caries a risk of being wrong and data or facts or figures are the only option to mitigate the risk. Majorly the problem of using perception is lying with two age segments. One is the fresher segement and second is aged ones or over experienced.

Both view the world/organization with their own perception.

The freshers view with their own perception as they have no base. and the experienced believe that they have seen enough of the world so they can merely conclude based on the past. These two segments are more dangerous.

We need to tackle these things in a systematic manner. May be try to councill them would be a better option. Thats it from my side.
