Needed guidance as I want to pursue course to advance my learning and under dilemma as from where to pursue
1. Want to do a course on Digital HR and HR Analytics
2. CHRO course is also comprising this subject as mentioned above
3. Should I go for CHRO or only HR Digital and Analytics course and which should be feasible as value for money.
4. And lastly from where to pursue either from Institutes like IIM or XLRI or from AON, Coursera type institutes.
A bit of guidance and clear path marking by HR gurus will be a great help for me to pursue my career further and give me better shape after 10-plus years of experience.
