I work in a IT company where i work as contract on hire
Our project is going to end on march 31st with no further work promised.
I have an offer where they are telling me to join on march 1st week. But my current company even though the project is ending is not ready to relieve me early even after im ready for buyout.
The offer letter says buyout with discretion to company which means it's their decision to make.
But in this circumstances is it right what they are doing
