Hi, My company is hiring skilled IT professionals under contract to hire model through third party vendors. We have signed Master Service Agreement with each vendor and it is a perpetual agreement. Now my question is whether CLRA is applicable for C2H employees and whether it is necessary to have a contract with each individual skilled professional whom we have hired.
