I have Joined in a Company on 20-Sep-2024 and resigned from the company with relieving date: 21-10-2024(resigned on 17th october,2024) as i didn't like the environment over there. This was my 1st Job.
I didn't receive any salary for the 1 month i have worked over there. Since, I didn't update my bank details.
A UAN number is created on my name and I don't know whether my pf account is created or not
I have received another offer from an MNC where i didn't mention about my 1 month employment to them.
Will I be considered as fresher in my new company or will there be any problem in my BGV process. Or is it okay to tell to the HR regarding my previous employment.
I sit okay to give the old UAN in the new company, will i land in any problems if I do so?
